Donald Trump’s reaction to the behavior of Elon Musk’s son, X Æ A-12, during a recent White House event has become a topic of conversation. The 2-year-old caused quite a stir while his father, the Tesla CEO, participated in a press briefing on Tuesday, February 11.
Musk, 53, was at the White House to witness the signing of an executive order aimed at reducing government costs through collaboration with federal agencies and the Department of Government Efficiency. The order had faced significant pushback the week prior.

While Musk answered questions from the media, his son’s antics stole the show. X Æ A-12, who had been seated near his father, made a series of distracting facial expressions and movements throughout the conference. But it was one particular moment that really caught attention: at one point, X was seen picking his nose and then wiping the mucus on the Resolute Desk, which added to the chaos.
Social media quickly erupted with reactions to the scene. One user wrote: "Trump is furious as Musk’s son picks his nose, then wipes it on the Resolute Desk.”

Others chimed in:“That’s hilarious!” said one.
“Elon’s kid is really having a moment with his nasal discharges right in front of Trump,” another commented.
“A child of Elon Musk wiping his snot on the desk of the President? That’s something else,” said a third.
In response to the incident, Musk’s wife, Grimes, addressed the situation on social media, admitting she didn’t see the moment firsthand. She noted, “He should not be in public like that. I didn’t witness it, but I appreciate that he was well-behaved overall. Sigh.”
